Each apartment will be inspected by our maintenance supervisor and then given a final sparkle clean.
No, your presence is not required when a service technician visits your home.
Yes, we have an on-site maintenance staff.
You can use RentCafe to submit a service request for any items needing repair in your home. You can also call the office staff and they can submit a service request for you.
If it is during business hours, you can provide an ID with the leasing staff and we can get you back in your home. If it is after hours, you will need to contact a locksmith.
If you have a maintenance emergency during office hours, call the leasing office so they can send maintenance to your home. If it is after hours, you can call the office line and dial extension #3 to get in touch with a member of our maintenance team.

There is parking throughout the whole community and the spaces are all first come, first serve.
The property has ample amenities including: a state-of-the-art fitness center, a pool, grill stations, a pickleball court, a bark park, a pet wash station, a car wash station, and EV charging stations.
Yes, we are a pet-friendly community.
Each apartment comes standard with Whirlpool appliances such as washer and dryer, refrigerator, electric oven, microwave, and dishwasher.
We offer furnished options through Cort furniture rentals.
You have 24/7 access to our state of the art fitness center and Luxer package room. All other amenities, such as our pool, pickleball court, pet wash, car wash, and bark park are dusk to dawn.

Rent can be paid online through RentCafe, or you can pay in the office using a Cashier's Check.
Renter's Insurance is required for your dwelling and it is included in your additional monthly fees.

Power is the only utility you will be responsible for getting set up and you will initiate services through FPL. Water and Sewer is already established and will be billed based off your usage.
All utilities will be paid in addition to rent.
In the event your application is denied, you will be issued a refund for the administrative fee.
Rent is due on the first of each month.

The application is $75 per applicant and there is a one time $250 administrative fee.

Our community is located just off 23rd St. on Wilson Ave. You can access Wilson Ave. from 23rd St. and HWY 98.
